Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all Marqa jewellery — regardless of design or price — effective from the date of purchase. This warranty guarantees that your piece is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Additionally, we ensure that the optical brilliance of our lab-grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.

What’s Covered

If your item develops a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly repair or replace it free of charge. Examples include:

• Faulty clasps, chains, or settings due to manufacturing errors
• Loosening of stones caused by structural flaws
• Visible workmanship issues not resulting from wear and tear

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear, scratches, or tarnish
• Bent or elongated rings/chains from rough use
• Loss of product or stones due to trauma, theft, or mishandling
• Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, swimming pools, hot tubs, or perfumes
• Damage caused by improper cleaning or storage
• Thinning of prongs due to regular wear over time

Third-Party Work

Any repairs or modifications done by non-Marqa jewellers — including re-sizing, setting work, or rhodium re-coating — will void your warranty. Please reach out to us directly for any servicing needs.
